We are seeking a Trustworthy, dynamic, results-driven Software Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive the sales of open source solutions. You’ll work closely with clients & Partners to understand their business needs and demonstrate how we can address their challenges and achieve their goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the sales operations in identifying and qualifying new business leads.
  2. Participate in client discovery calls to understand business needs.
  3. Assist in preparing product demos and presentations for prospects.
  4. Help tailor ERPNext solutions to fit industry-specific requirements.
  5. Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records with accurate details.
  6. Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth project handovers.
  7. Continuously learn Frappe & ERPNext features, modules, and industry use cases.
  8. Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project transitions.


What We’re Looking For:

  1. Perfect command of English.
  2. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  4. Strong interest in ERP systems, SaaS, or business process software.
  5. Basic understanding of business operations like accounting, inventory, or HR.
  6. Familiarity with ERPNext or other system is a plus.
  7. 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
